• COUNT II: Unlawfully Attempting to Procure Abortion
  The second count states that Kehinde Adesanya, on the same dates and at the same location, unlawfully attempted to procure an abortion by supplying Ariyo Victoria Olapeju with drugs. This action is cited as an offense contrary to and punishable under Section 230 of the Criminal Code, Laws of Ogun State of Nigeria, 2006.

• COUNT III: Conspiracy to Commit Felony (Murder)
  This charge posits that Kehinde Adesanya and others at large conspired between January and March 2026 in the Ikereku area, Laderin, Abeokuta, to commit the felony of murder. Such an act is contrary to and punishable under Section 324 of the Criminal Code Laws of Ogun State of Nigeria, 2006.

• COUNT IV: Unlawful Killing (Murder)

Presiding over the case was Magistrate O. Sam-Obaleye. The prosecution formally requested an order to remand the defendant for an initial period of 60 days at the Ibara Correctional Centre. This remand is crucial pending the receipt of legal advice from the state’s Director of Public Prosecution (DPP).
