APC South-East Chapter Vows Support for President Tinubu’s Re-election
The All Progressives Congress (APC) South-East chapter has officially announced its commitment to mobilizing support for the re-election of President Bola Tinubu in the upcoming presidential elections. This declaration was made during the APC South-East Zonal Expanded Executive Meeting, which concluded with a communiqué shared with journalists in Abuja on Sunday.
The meeting was led by Ijeomah Arodiogbu, the APC National Vice Chairman for the South-East. Attendees included newly elected party chairmen from Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu, and Imo states, as well as other members of the zonal executive committee. “The Committee equally reiterates its full and unalloyed support for all APC Governors in the South East zone, as well as all elected representatives and officials of the party at federal, state, and local levels,” the communiqué stated.
As part of its resolutions, the zonal leadership called on members across the five South-East states to work together to enhance the party’s chances in future elections. The meeting highlighted the importance of deepening internal cohesion within the APC to expand its membership base and improve electoral performance in the region.
“The meeting resolved that party members and leaders across the South East zone shall work in unity and with a shared commitment to deliver comprehensive electoral victories for the APC in the presidential, National Assembly, governorship, and State House of Assembly elections throughout the zone,” Arodiogbu said.
